After completing his carpentry qualification, Dean cut into subcontracting with a range of building companies to gain valuable exposure and experience which lead to his completion of his Builders Licence (Diploma in Building) for ACT and NSW. Dean founded 360 Building Solutions to pursue his passion for quality and sustainable, environmentally friendly homes. As a 360 Director, Dean bridges the on-site management with the company office to ensure communication and quality hit the mark for all projects. Dean loves to lead from the front at work while valuing quality time with his wife, Laura, and two boys in the great outdoors.
Kirk Thompson
Site Supervisor
Kirk is our ultra tradesman and gentle giant. Initially completing his apprenticeship as a mechanic, Kirk retrained to ensure a quality build for his own dream home which he achieved in 2016. Kirk completed his trade qualifications in carpentry (Cert III) and building (Cert IV) with 360 Building Solutions. His ability to run all 360 Building Solutions projects effectively from start to finish is key to our success. Kirk’s knowledge and skill set for all things building is second to none. Outside of work Kirk enjoys cold showers and spending time with his wife, Georgina and two boys living an active life.
Lachlan Hall
Lead Carpenter
Lach brings the precision of his joinery background to the building process from start to finish. He completed his Carpentry qualification (Cert III) in 2014. Lach’s keen interest in the building process, unmatched eye for detail and strong work ethic generates quality work, time and time again. A quiet achiever that gets the job done. Outside of work you’ll catch Lach motorbike riding and hanging out with his partner in his recently purchased home in Karabar.
Brendan Blakers
Site Supervisor
Brendan has wanted to be a builder since the beginning. Gaining his carpentry qualification at the age of 20, Brendan hit the ground running. A recent inclusion to 360 proving maturity and ability beyond his age and experience. Hard working with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and a proactive response to problem solving. We are excited to have Brendan on board and look forward to seeing the impact this guy will have on the industry.
